Have you ever watched anyone die of an overdose? Seconds count in this fight. Go plan a town square dance or something and leave addiction recovery to the ppl who are experts .More barriers are not gonna cut down on fraud . Teaching the fat cats at ARC a lesson will cut doin fraud . Once their hand gets smacked and they have to pay back plenty money the rest will tighten up

Yes everything should be watched carefully with the drug rehabilitation program. It’s turned into a massive money racket. The compassionate care is gone. Another way for companies to strip the taxpayer. And the addiction level rises!!
