    How to stop mass shootings before they start

    How about training BACKGROUND QUALIFIED VOLUNTEER TEACHERS who know the school inside and out, know all the students and teachers, already there everyday, who WANT to receive SIMILAR strategic gun training the police would receive in how to safely and effectively deal with a mass shooting situation in a school, arm them with small handguns to carry conceal, and give only more specialized teachers with additional rifle training access to AR-15 rifles securely locked up. Also, give them a changing secret code only they and the area police know, that they can quickly shout out to the police once they get in the school, that instantly ID's them as a specially armed teacher. Only pay them an award bonus if they are ever involved in a real life situation. Unlike paid security guards or cops in uniform who are big targets and are budget expensive, no one will know who these special teachers are except certain people on the administrative school staff. Problem solved at relatively low cost! đź‘Ť
