    The money is going to the illegals to open businesses. I'm aware of 3 on Pittston Avenue alone that were given resue act money to in one case even build a new building to put an unnecessary grocery store in. They weren't even part of the people they applied for rescue money for. It's ridiculous. The citizens are getting screwed.
