this is how taxpayer money is always stolen, government funded, millions of dollars, and no oversight. government control needs to shrink, not continue to grow. We all see the fraud waste and abuse when it comes to taxpayer money being spent. we all know someone who works in government and tell us the same. this crooked ponzi scheme by our local and federal government needs to stop, just robbing us of OUR HARD EARNED ever shrinking dollar!
