Yaber has revealed its new flagship projectors, the K3 and K3 Pro, at IFA 2024 in Berlin, bringing with them new tech that looks to deliver fantastic value to consumers.

Building on the success of the previous K2 series, Yaber has pushed the boundaries further with the new K3 and K3 Pro models, aiming to deliver an unparalleled home entertainment experience . The projectors were unveiled during an event in Berlin, where Yaber highlighted the features that make these models so exciting for potential buyers.

Two key technologies were introduced in the K3 series: CoolSwift and NovaGlow. CoolSwift is an advanced cooling system featuring a U-shaped heatsink and dual coolers designed to maintain optimal temperatures and extend the projector’s lifespan. NovaGlow is an optical technology that enhances brightness and image quality, delivering vibrant and true-to-life visuals.

From the outset of the presentation, brightness was a key talking point, with Yaber emphasizing just how vibrant the new projectors are . This focus is well-founded, as the K3 and K3 Pro boast an impressive 1,600 ANSI lumens of brightness at 1080p FHD resolution. They can project images ranging from 40 to 200 inches, even in well-lit environments. The projectors also feature an all-glass lens designed to reduce focal drift. Additional setup-friendly features include auto-focus, auto-keystone correction, intelligent screen alignment, and obstacle avoidance, making the setup process smooth and effortless.

Yaber has also focused on sound quality in the Yaber K3 series , partnering with JBL to integrate dual 15W stereo speakers that support Dolby Audio. The K3 Pro takes this a step further by including a subwoofer, addressing the common issue of weak bass in projector audio systems. During the brief demo at the event, the sound quality was indeed impressive, with the projector and subwoofer combination delivering audio that far exceeded what is typically expected from devices of this kind.

Both models bring with them the ability to access smart TV features, allowing access to popular streaming apps like Netflix , Disney+, and YouTube. Users can also control the projectors with voice commands, making the experience more convenient and hands-free. Given the sub-$1,000 price point of these new offerings, Yaber is delivering an impressive range of features for the price, making the K3 and K3 Pro strong contenders in the home entertainment market.

The K3 series focuses on user comfort. Its special coating filters blue light, helping reduce eye strain during long viewing times. The projectors also have an NFC tap feature, allowing easy content sharing from Android and Apple devices. With the starting price of €599 for the K3 and €649 for the K3 Pro, Yaber is pricing these projects aggressively and is set to take on the major players in the market.

Also, just to send everyone home excited, Yaber also announced a new low-cost projector called the L2s, delivering a cheaper option than even the Yaber T2 , with a launch date set for Q4 2024 and a very aggressive price of €239. US pricing was not announced at the event, but we will update the story when we learn more.
