It does not matter what color your skin is, if your Arrested While Poor, (A.W.P.) you will be railroaded into Prison by a Corrupt D.A. and a Lazy Public Defender (Public Pertender).The incarceration industry needs freash bodies every day to keep the Sadistic Abuse running at full speed. No money for bail? No money to hire a real defense attorney, then you’ll greatly suffer in the County Dungeons until you go insane and disperate enough to accept any plea offer. This is what the D. A. and the P. D. count on. They WILL Break You Down, to Give In!They do not care about the facts, the truth, or about ruining an innocent persons life. All they care about is their conviction rate, and clearing another case off of their desk. There is no longer any justice in this insane country, only greed and abuse of power.Only the wealthy have any chance of buying any justice at all, at a very expensive price.

They don't have that problem in Salem any more.They release violent criminals back on the street to await trial, just like Portland and most of them don't show up in court.
