That intersection is BATAVIA TOWNSHIP'S AND THE STATE'S responsibility, not BATAVIA VILLIAGE, unless it has been annexed. Yes, it is an awful intersection and such a sad thing as this crash is. My condolences to the family for their loss.

it's not the intersection it's the people who use it the middle intersection I've seen 5 or more cars setting in the middle of intersection it's not suppose to be used like that it's that simple
