Jordan Chiles Makes Impassioned Plea to Collaborate With Hip-Hop Star

Olympic gold medalist Jordan Chiles is a well-known fan of hip-hop music.

The 23-year-old disclosed that she enjoys getting to incorporate music into her gymnastics, and when one user posed the idea of the Olympian starring in a music video for hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion during a recent sit down with GQ Sports to respond to some fan questions and comments for their Instagram page, Chiles instantly raved about the idea.

“Friend, if you are listening to this, I will be in your music video,” Chiles exclaimed . “I can do a flip, twist, twirl — whatever it is. People call me ‘Jordan the Pony’ because of how tiny I am.”

Megan Thee Stallion and Chiles have had a budding friendship ever since the former sent her a bouquet of flowers with a specialized note after she made the Olympic team following trials back in June.

‘Congratulations On Qualifying For The AHH-lympics!” the card read. “Very Excited To Watch You Shine In Paris And Represent For All The Hot Girls!”

Megan Thee Stallion isn’t the only hip-hop artist that Chiles gushed about during the GQ Sports session.

Another Instagram comment pointed out Chiles went heavy with the Beyonce music for her floor routine during the 2024 Paris Olympics, to which Chiles explained why that kind of music, and Beyonce in particular, have a near and dear place in her heart.

“With the artistic part of gymnastics, it’s really cool to bring the art into it, so I feel like music is definitely a piece of art that a lot of people love to enjoy, so why not bring the Queen into it and give a little more jazz to it,” Chiles added.
