My concern is the schools were closed due to decreased student. So you packed the students into the remaining schools now if you bring in many new families you will over crowd even more. The same for the new HS. Being built much smaller for the same reasons.

North Kingstown's crime rate has skyrocketed as a result of so called affordable housing. Keep it in the city, there's plenty of vacant land there..
