Deadly Barn Fire in Coconut Creek

A barn fire sending lots of smoke billowing into the dark sky in Coconut Creek Thursday morning. Multiple fire crews responded by blocking off the roads around NW 39 Ave and Mulder Road to tackle the barn blaze.

It happened at Red Stone Ranch & Rescue , a retreat that specializes in seriously ill and special needs children.

Officials say at least one horse has died, but another was rescued from the fire. There's no word how it started.
