They only question I ask in an interview is how the interview process goes, so I can have a sense if I am disqualified. I was one time asked why I appeared to have no questions about the company I was interviewing for, I said to the interviewer that I had no experience with this company so I had nothing to evaluate your answers against, which made asking questions meaningless.

Glassdoor is excellent for anonymous employee comments about what goes on in a company and how good they are to work for, etc. Highly recommend the website.
