Terrible not to know the TRUE NEED. And do NOT go by what is listed on cereal boxes or other food lists. They list 💯 present in the food sold. Not True. If not in sun for at least 20 min a day WITH most skin exposed you are not getting enough. Some health departments offer free testing that reveals your amount, test is a number result. Should be near 40. Below 40, you should take a supplement. The listing on even a multivitamin says 100 percent but those are so outdated for health. Numerous students for several years show the majority of people (especially cooler areas where we need long sleeves and long pants) are way below true need. Also, FYI many food labels show amount added BEFORE FOOD IS PROCESSED ❗ Once processed there may be no Vitamin D in the food.

Everyone should take at least 25 mg every day.
