Las Vegas Raiders starter goes off on former Raider for telling a bold-faced lie

There is no secret that this offseason for the Las Vegas Raiders found a lot of attention going toward superstar wide receiver Davante Adams. And, just when we thought all of that from last season was done, more shows up. This time it was because of the Netflix show 'Wide Receiver,' which somehow reinvigorated everything that happened the year prior.

Fans and media of all teams around the league are now giving their takes on whether Adams will be on their team at the trade deadline of this year, all because of a clip that went viral from when Adams played with Jimmy Garoppolo last season, which, was before Antonio Pierce took over.

If you ask anyone who covers the Raiders, including myself, it's very clear that the team is not moving on from Adams, and it's also clear that Adams wants to stay.

Then, of course, more drama happened. This time, it was a former Raider stirring the pot, only lying to everyone.

DeSean Jackson, who formerly played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Commanders, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Los Angeles Rams, Baltimore Ravens, and the Raiders, went on his show and said he talked to Adams, and Adams said that he is not happy in Las Vegas.

On Wednesday, Adams addressed that, only because he was asked about it.

“If it’s not from the horse's mouth, it’s probably BS….I’ve never talked to DeSean Jackson about anything….in terms of me being upset with the organization or whatever…if I was pissed off, I wouldn’t be here," Adams told the media.

Honestly, he's getting tired of the drama. He's getting tired of his name constantly being in something when it really shouldn't be. And, you really can't blame him at all. Adams is ready to move past it all and just focus on winning for his childhood team.
