Of course he failed!! He's a physo and a sociopath. narcissist!!! He should've never been a police officer. He's a liability to everyone who he comes across. If he will beat a man whom cannot defend himself then I guarantee he has put his hands on a woman. This isn't an isolated event, he also was on another video where he lost his temper again and grabbed a teenager by his shirt and slammed him hard on the pavement!!!
