Chicago Sky rookie forward Angel Reese made good on her promise to deliver the tea on her new podcast “Unapologetically Angel.”

Reese touched on a number of topics in the debut episode and even squashed the rumors that she and Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark don’t like each other, but there’s on revelation that came from the show that was particularly disturbing.

The 22-year-old revealed that she’d received death threats from some of Clarks fans, divulging that some had even started following her home and sending AI-generated photos of her without clothes and sending them to her family.

After the allegations came to light, several fans took to social media to defend Reese after disclosing such unsettling details.

“THIS is unacceptable,” exclaimed one fan .

“Showing up to her address??? Sending ai pics to her fam??? At this point it’s not even about basketball,” a second commented .

“If you’re one of these fans, get a grip, get a life and do better,” a third fan noted .

“I love CC but hate her fanbase. I can't cheer for her cause of them I just can’t side with Racism this s--- crazy,” one user said .

“I want arrest warrants issued,” another exclaimed .

“Like we all been telling y’all goofballs, ppl don’t hate CC it’s just her fans who make watching these games insufferable. And y’all wonder why we go hard for Angel, A’ja, Sheryl Swoopes etc.,” remarked another user .

While Reese’s accusations are concerning, she did make sure to clarify that Clark herself had nothing to do with the harassment she received.

“I think it’s really just the fans — her fans, the Iowa fans, now the Indiana fans — that are like, they ride for her,” Reese said. “…I think there’s a lot of racism when it comes to it, and I don’t believe she stands on any of that.”
