What our good , and honorable :GOVERNOR of SOUTH CAROLINA. Fails to address is. There are hundreds of thousands of eligible. Honorably Discharged. Registered to Vote Veterans. NO 2 are a same. ALL are "hurting" st present economic fluxuation.
