Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - New Era Cap will launch a new apparel line Friday afternoon at its downtown Buffalo flagship. Called "Brand New Era", the collection veers away from the company's sports branded apparel and features items like hats, shirts and sweaters featuring the New Era logo. A celebration will be held from 12-5 Friday and 2-7 Saturday in the New Era Cap parking lot with food trucks and live music.

Shanor Electric supplies, a division of NOCO, is rebranding its Orchard Park retail store to Shanor Lighting and Home Decor. A reveal weekend will be held September 20th-22nd. In addition to its lighting showroom, the store will now offer credenzas, tables, picture frames and more.

Fowler's Chocolates will donate $1 for every pound of their signature sponge candy sold to FeedMore WNY throughout the month of September. Fowler's will also celebrate Sponge Candy Day September 21st, handing out free samples at all of their locations.

Urban NY has named Scott Walker Deputy Director of Construction Services at the company's Buffalo office. Walker has been with the company for 14 years.
