Chicken Salad Chain Expands in Northern Colorado with New Location, Plans More Restaurants

Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s only fast-casual chicken salad restaurant, is opening a new location in Johnstown, Colorado, at 4884 Larimer Parkway. The grand opening on Thursday, September 12, marks the brand's continued growth in the Centennial State, following recent openings in Littleton and Windsor.

The first 100 guests in line on opening day will receive free chicken salad for a year. Other giveaways include tumblers, tote bags, and bamboo cutting boards for guests visiting between September 13-15.

Franchise owners David and Jessica Zumbrun are leading the new Johnstown location, their third opening in a year, with plans to further expand in Northern Colorado. The restaurant will feature a drive-thru, in-restaurant dining, curbside pickup, and delivery options.
