Prosper Karangwa was a former basketball player at Paris Levallois where he played in the No. 7 jersey as a power forward. In 2020, Philadelphia 76ers’ Elton Brand hired Prosper Karangwa as the Vice President of player personnel. Also, he works as the General Manager of Delaware Blue Coats. In 2023, Prosper led the Delaware Blue Coast to become the G League champions.

According to Adam Aaronson’s source, “the Sixers executive Prosper Karangwa’s title with the team is not changing with the hire of Ariana Andonian. Karangwa and Ariana Andonian will *both* be VPs of Player Personnel with “different areas of focus.” On the other hand, Ariana Andonian could help Prosper focus more on his position as the General Manager of Delaware Blue Coats. Also, Ariana’s addition to the Sixer franchise should add more depth to the player personnel position as her qualifications amplify that of the initial Vice President, Prosper Karangwa.
