I'm not saying that this is the case here, but I'm amazed by how many people wear dark clothing while walking in the street at night. Keep in mind, if the driver can't see you, he's not going to stop for you.

when you are walking at night wear a dang safety vest, have a flash light and make sure to always use cross walks!
