Didn't the assembly sell their power co to Chugach ? That would include The Eklutna power .Guess they could just stop taking water to drink from the dam .That is all they really have rights to now.

Reno, Nevada, did it with the Truckee River between Reno and Pyramid Lake. You can have a dam AND save the Salmon.The Anchorage Assembly doesn't possess the intelligence to figure something like that out.What can you expect though from Californicators. DUH.
