This is stupid. The damn roads and sidewalks need to be desperately replaced. I'm in a wheelchair and cant use the sidewalks because they are in poor shape. To be on the road with a wheel chair isn't much better. It's un safe. we don't need anymore damn flowers or roundabouts in Olean!!!
