A routine traffic stop recently led to the arrest of a 20-year-old in Douglas after a traffic violation revealed illegal substances in his vehicle. A Douglas Police Department report states that at approximately 9:36 p.m. on August 23, an officer observed a white GMC Yukon with a malfunctioning driver’s side headlight while patrolling the 441 South area.
