When a person's time is up they got to let him out.With credit or without.The best a prisoner can do.Is receive 16 days a month of credits each month as long as they are a minimum security prisoner.So if you do a year of time you get a little over 6 months of credit.Thats if you do not receive any disciplinary and they take your credit.If you lose to many then your security level goes to medium and then you receive less credits a month.Then you will be moved to a medium security prison instead of a minimum security prison if the prison does not have a medium security destination.

There already supposed to be a system like this. in place for a long time,but evidently it's not being used as it should be.
