Roseville used to be so nice!! I lived in Rocklin for about 10 years and back then it was actually a nice neighborhood. It was in the late 80's and I had to move after I had a massive stroke. There was a little crime but now it is out of control. Meth,weapons,heroin and the like. Good job RPD and keep it up you deserve to get a little community praise!!
