Katy Perry Shares How Her “Intense Love” With Orlando Bloom Continues To Blossom

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are truly in love. The pair met in 2016 and have fostered a solid and happy relationship. They share a daughter, Daisy Dove, who was born in 2020. Katy has spoken openly about her relationship and will be the first to tell you it takes work to stay in love. She and Orlando both care for themselves. That helps them to best for each other.

Katy Opened Up About Her “Intense Love” For Orlando

Katy told Call Her Daddy podcast host Alex Cooper that she has an “intense love” for Orlando. She said he was a “free spirit” who drew her in.

“He is loyal. He’s a Capricorn; He’s not scared,” she said. “He’s spontaneous and he checks a lot of boxes.”

She and Orlando have struggled in their relationship , breaking up for nearly a year, and both did retreats at the Hoffman Institute in California to help them better themselves. She said the experience was life-changing and relationship-altering.

“It helps you rewire all the bad habits and rewires your neural pathways through different physical activities,” Katy explained. “So he went there and then he came back and he wasn’t like playing this cat-mouse game anymore with me.”

After seeing how the experience improved Orlando, she tried it herself. Katy said she and Orlando want their marriage to be strong for their daughter and do everything they can to set a good example.

“We do a lot of couples therapy and we want to evolve,” she said. “That’s I think why we’re in our relationship is to become better humans so that we can raise this beautiful human being.”
