This project is both foolish and incumbering to the businesses along this corridor. Evanston wants businesses to thrive yet choke the street closing the way and less room for two cars. What happens when it snows. Ideas that lack a referendum are a dictate by an overzealous City Concil. I foresee the removal of this project.The same as Oak Park and thier walking mall of the late 70s.
