Nebraska's Tommi Hill scores the easiest touchdown of his life thanks to Colorado's Shedeur Sanders

Nebraska Cornhuskers cornerback Tommi Hill scored the easiest touchdown of his life thanks to Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders.

It happened in the first quarter at Memorial Stadium as the two teams faced off on NBC's Big Ten Game of the Week.

Sanders and the Buffs were backed up in their own end zone down 7-0 to the Huskers when Sanders dropped back to pass and made an errant throw to the right side of the field — right into the waiting hands of Hill, who promptly trotted into the end zone for a pick-six.T

The ensuring extra point made it 14-0 as the Cornhuskers are dominating early against head coach Deion Sanders' team.

Hill, who moved to the corner position last season full-time, earned an All-Big Ten Honorable Mention in doing so and is this season's top corner on Nebraska. He was also named to Athlon's 2024 All-Big Ten football team , along with eight other Huskers players.

Multiple mock drafts have Hill going in the first round in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Last week in Nebraska's opening-season win over UTEP, Hill earned the eighth-highest Pro Football Focus overall rating (67.2) on the Blackshirts. He only recorded one assisted tackle but helped keep the Miners' pass game off balance all game.
