if he is found guilty he should get the death penalty no questions asked someone can't get away with killing 4 people and get a slap on the wrist or sorry it's Idaho so he will probably get nothing but a slap on the wrist

if his lawyer thinks he's innocent, then why is she fighting so hard to remove the death penalty? it also makes a great stall tactic. Or could it be that she must be desperate and wants to rake in more money.
