    She’s & her husband knew something was wrong with their son and still gave him a gun. It doesn’t matter how sorry she & the dad is they still need to charge both of them too!! She & the father are previous criminals too according to the law. If you both knew he was mentally unstable then why give him a gun. So now both of you need to be charged for the 4died, 9wounded & for giving a child you knew was mentally unstable a gun. It doesn’t matter how sorry you are.
