Following the Week 2 slate of college football, ESPN analyst Dan Mullen shared his updated Top 25 rankings.

Mullen has the Ohio State Buckeyes listed at No. 1, after securing a 56-0 victory over Western Michigan. The Buckeyes are now 2-0 on the season.

His Top 5 rankings round out with the Buckeyes at No. 1, Georgia Bulldogs at No. 2, Texas Longhorns at No. 3, Alabama Crimson Tide at No. 4, and Ole Miss Rebels at No. 5.

Some of the biggest risers from Mullen's preseason rankings are the Miami Hurricanes getting bumped into the No. 6 slot, the Oregon Ducks falling down to No. 7, and Syracuse moving from unranked to the No. 19 team in the country.

The Hurricanes picked up a 56-9 victory over Florida A&M. They had a statement win in Week 1 against the Florida Gators and now start the season 2-0, competing behind the elite play of Heisman contending quarterback Cam Ward.

Oregon walked into the season with national title hopes, starting at No. 3 in Dan Mullen's preseason rankings. They're 2-0 on the year, but they've struggled to find their identity. The Ducks had a slim victory against Idaho in Week 1, finishing the game at 24-14.

Oregon then barely escaped a home game against Boise State, defeating the Broncos 37-34 in Week 2.

The Syracuse Orange, on the other hand, have fared well behind transfer quarterback Kyle McCord. Syracuse defeated the No. 23 Georgia Yellow Jackets 31-28 in Week 2. The Orange are 2-0 on the year under first-year head coach Fran Brown.

The Week 3 college football slate shouldn't rattle the rankings too much.

College football's biggest primetime games on Sept. 14 are the LSU Tigers traveling East to face the South Carolina Gamecocks, the Alabama Crimson Tide facing the Wisconsin Badgers on the road, and the Arizona Wildcats going head-on against the Kansas State Wildcats.
