    Lucky fire break: Second fire on day of Almeda Fire was extinguished by Greensprings crew

    wait, wait, wait, so this the 2nd person arrested that horrible day for starting a fire. What is most horrifying is that he strapped a propane tank to his vehicle and set it on fire. His actions that day proved he intended to cause harm to people and property. Why did this man only get 4 pitiful years in prison? His actions did cause loss of life's and damage to property because his actions stopped this department from being able to help fight the Alameda fire before it continued north towards talent and Phoenix. I would like to give thanks to this small fire fighting team for stopping this criminal, at the same time it might have helped save some homes if they had of been able to make it to comfort inn before the Alameda fire had already passed. I'm glad they were able to hang out at the motel all night to watch for hot spots and help mop up. cont

    . cont. I'm happy that this criminal is finally being brought into the publics eye. Why this story was pushed under the rug until now is so obvious. This criminal should be brought back to court and charged according to the crimes he committed. Four years was just a slap on the hand. If I'm correct, the other man arrested for the same crime of adding to the Alameda fire was sentenced to 14 yrs, why did this criminal that caused way more damage get less time ? Also, this criminal was caught just down the road from where the Alameda fire was started. Was he questioned about starting the Alameda fire by the hundreds of people brought together to investigate how the Alameda fire started ? This story needs to be brought into the public, the same public that he had a hand or maybe more into destroying that horrible day.
