It's not. Just N.C. I watched Virginia do similar with my 3 grand Neice & Nephews.placed the children with basically STRANGERS!! .... placed the youngest with grandmother who couldn't pass a drug test!!!..... Took them from the 10 year only home they knew....and the adults they remove them from PASSED all drug & ALCOHOL TESTS!! ....WERE. NOT!! CHARGED. WITH. ANY. ABUSE!!!THEY SEPARATED THE CHILDREN AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED YO SPEAK WITH THEIR OTHER SIBLINGS !!!THE GRANDMOTHER. ALLOWS THE MOTHER ,( my neice) WHO WAS ORDERED TO STAY AWAY FROM THE CHILDREN... LEAVES THIS YOUNG FEMALE CHILD IN THE CARE OF HER MOM. WHO WAS CHARGED WITH ABUSE & NEGLECT!!!SHE ALSO HAS DOCUMENTATION THAT SHE HAS MENTAL ISSUE'S !!!!!
