With Tom Brady taking up a career in sports broadcasting, former NFL star tight end Greg Olsen had to be moved by Fox to a different role, as he is now calling games with announcer Joe Davis while Brady gets to work alongside Kevin Burkhardt, Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi.

Brady made his broadcasting debut on Sunday, as he helped cover the Week 1 game between the Cleveland Browns and the Dallas Cowboys, hours after Olsen and Joe did their jobs during the Atlanta Falcons-Pittsburgh Steelers contest.

However, many fans are still not amused by Olsen’s apparent demotion to make space for Brady, with many demanding the return of former Carolina Panthers star tight end to his previous role.

“I’ve heard enough of Tom Brady, justice for Greg Olsen,” commented @FSUmollz .

“From someone who genuinely appreciates Tom Brady‘s greatness, he should not be anywhere near the top broadcast team on Fox,” posted

“Get Greg Olsen back in there immediately.”@jRobfoReal. “I’ll say Tom Brady is absolutely dog s–t and Fox should be ashamed of what they did to Greg Olsen,” said X user @BringOutDaGongs .

“Going from Greg Olsen to Tom Brady in the announce booth feeling a lot like Johnny Miller to Paul Azinger in the 18th Tower,” opined @MidwestGolfJak e. “Feels like Fox done messed this up!”

“Just so unfair that they booted the best in game analyst in Greg Olsen for this dude,” said @timbackes.

There is a reason why Fox signed Brady to a monster 10-year, $375 million deal. Regardless of how fans felt about how Brady handheld himself in the booth in Week 1, it’s unlikely that Olsen will find himself back on Fox’s top broadcast team anytime soon.

Brady's "color" comments were very stiff... could he get better?? Who knows. He has had months to prepare, and he was lifeless. Please return Greg Olsen to his rightful place.
