With transponders in the cars they shouldn't have to review the camera view. CRAPCAR can make the finish order whatever they want. Afterall what they say is what goes. Soon it'll be entertainment like the NFL

So if that was the call by NASCAR why did they screw Mark Martin out of the Daytona 500 when they were wrecking behind him on the last lap and didn’t freeze the field. They gave the Win because he race back to the line and Mark Martin slowed when he saw the yellow flag. Instead they gave Harvick the Win because he ignored the yellow flag and raced back. Just another example of the BS Nascar operates under
