When Charles was having the affair with Camilla, the Queen was his Confidant. Now things are reversed. If William was having an affair, Charles and Camilla would definitely know it!! I don't think Camilla is a fan of Kate. So yeah, if history repeats itself, Katherine should watch her back!!
