Northern Illinois win over Notre Dame ‘validation’ of hard work: Head coach | Morning in America

( NewsNation ) — The Northern Illinois Huskies pulled off a major upset Saturday, walking into South Bend, Indiana, and taking down No. 5 Notre Dame in the game’s final moments. Huskies head coach Thomas Hammock, also an NIU alum, was emotional after the game, saying the win was “validation” of his team’s hard work and preparation.
