Meanwhile, the questionably tired original show and brain-child of Lisa Vanderpump , Vanderpump Rules, will start filming this fall. It’s been questioned whether Ariana Madix will even return, though she is the center of all the drama.

But speculation about who may be joining the cast could fuel new interest in Season 12. Or is a new Pump Rules spinoff in the works?

TMZ can exclusively confirm that cameras are filming at Lisa’s West Hollywood venue, SUR, over the past couple of weeks. Production crew have been spotted at the hub of VPR seasons past.

Confusion lies in the fact that the cast is entirely unfamiliar. So Bravo is taking a leap of faith with new faces, all employed at SUR. The question is, which show are they filming for?

A source close to the project claimed that it’s an entirely new program. And that current VPR members will be participating. However, the pilot has yet to be picked up. If it were, the show would be another Pump Rules spinoff.
