Baking cookies is always a fun treat and it makes your house smell absolutely incredible. If you don't have time to wait for the cookie dough to rise, however, then you could just eat the dough.

Generally, eating raw cookie dough isn't safe because of the eggs in it, but no-bake cookie dough can be perfectly safe to consume, and Aldi has two cookie dough desserts available right now that have people ready to rush out and buy it. Content creator @aldiallthetime (real name Sarah) shared this delicious dessert on TikTok, and we can't wait to grab a box—or five!

Sarah said that the dessert, made by The Cookie Dough Cafe, is "a life-changing experience." And the best news is that you don't have to bake them!

According to the company's website , its desserts are a "safe alternative to traditional bakeable cookie doughs and baking mixes," and the recipes "use great tasting, high quality, wholesome ingredients, but most importantly, they are safe to consume unbaked."

The two flavors causing a frenzy on Aldi's shelves are both the Chocolate Chip and the Cookies N Cream options. Per The Cookie Dough Cafe site, the Cookies N Cream flavor is "gourmet edible cookie dough blended with pieces of chocolate sandwich cookies" and the Chocolate Chip is made with "a blend of high quality butter, brown sugar, and a hint of vanilla flavor." The latter also includes premium chocolate chips and a dash of sea salt to "bring it all together."

Each of these delicious desserts are sold in 4-packs and each cup is 3.5 ounces. You can find them in the freezer section for $5.49 a box. According to Sarah, the doughs can be eaten as is or topped with both ice cream and whipped cream for what she calls "the ultimate dessert."

The creator of the video wasn't the only person excited about the return of the dessert, though. "Omg they're back? Sooo good," commented one person."Grabbed the chocolate chip today, it's delicious!" someone else said.

Whatever option you go with, the fanfare says that you can't go wrong with either. And as amazing as they look, we know we to try them!
