Kate Middleton gives positive update, reveals rare family video after grueling cancer battle

Kate Middleton announced on Sept. 9 that she is now “cancer free.”

“I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment ,” the Princess of Wales announced in a statement on X.

“Doing what I can to stay cancer free is now my focus. Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes.”

The three-minute clip, which was shot in Norfolk over the summer, offered a glimpse of Kate and William holding hands, kissing and embracing. The footage also provides a brief look of the royals playing and laughing with their kids.
