It’s been about four years since Courtney Hope exited The Bold & The Beautiful and moved her alter ego, Sally Spectra, over to The Young & The Restless. But despite being down the hall on the set of the sister soap instead of still at Studio 31 where B&B tapes, Hope has apparently remained close with the friends she made when she first was cast on the show back in 2017!

This past weekend, Hope was a guest at a baby shower celebrating Brytnee Atkinson, the wife of her former B&B love interest, Matthew Atkinson (Thomas)! As Atkinson and his wife prepare to welcome their first child — a son — next month, other attendees of the co-ed shindig included Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy), Scott Clifton (Liam), Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter) and his wife Shay, and associate producer Rachel Herman.

“It’s a blessing when work becomes extended family, and we all watch each other grow, get married, become parents, and tackle life and other business ventures,” Hope wrote on Instagram, sharing two images from the party.

The actress noted that as the group of friends has matured and moved on to different stages in life, the topics of conversation amongst the group also changed to more “mature” matters. “From talking about bars, impulsive travel, new relationships, and side gigs, and now to CPAs, family adventures, expansive career choices, and air vent covers,” she confessed, adding a giggle emoji to her thoughts.

“Quite a bit has changed in the last eight years, but we always pick up right where we left off,” Hope concluded, sharing her love for her former co-stars and her feelings of gratitude for their friendship with a red heart and praying hands.

Wood seemed to share Hope’s sentiment, as she replied in the comments, “Love all of you so much!” Saint-Victor showed his love for the group by adding multiple red hearts, and Herman noted, “Love you, Court!”

It’s always so nice to see how supportive the stars of daytime are with one another off-screen!
