The Baltimore Ravens fell in Week 1 to the Kansas City Chiefs. The phrase "game of inches" was taken to a new level when a Ravens touchdown was taken off the board after it tied the game as time expired.

It was a tough way to open the season, but Lamar Jackson had a great game. Jackson threw for 273 yards and a score on 26-41 passing and ran for 122 yards on 16 carries. He was nearly unstoppable at times.

Now, there is a bit of mystery with Jackson, though. He did not practice on Monday. The star quarterback did miss practice time during the offseason due to illness. He was not listed on the injury report leading up to their season opener, though.

John Harbaugh gives no update on Lamar Jackson

Harbaugh is sticking to his ways, again. He was short and sweet when asked about Lamar Jackson's absence from Monday's practice. Nothing new there.

"We had a number of guys that weren't out there. Some personal, some physical... Injury report comes out on Wednesday afternoon, so you'll be better advised on that day regarding all those guys." -- Harbaugh

Clearly, the Ravens head coach was not concerned with updating the star QB's status. Hopefully for Baltimore, that means that Jasckson's injury is nothing long-term. The Ravens QB played every snap of their Week 1 game.

We will see how soon he can return to the practice field for Baltimore. The Ravens need him at 100% if they want to get back on track. They host the Las Vegas Raiders at home in Week 2.
