New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers and back and ready to kickoff the 2024 NFL season.

On Monday evening, the veteran quarterback arrived at San Francisco's Levi's Stadium for a highly-anticipated primetime matchup against the reigning NFC-champion 49ers.

Rodgers' pregame arrival marks his first since he suffered a season-ending Achilles tear in the Jets' Week 1 season opener against the Buffalo Bills in 2023. Now, the 40-year-old quarterback will look to put that memory behind him as he starts anew in 2024.

The NFL posted a video of Rodgers' stadium arrival on social media, and it's garnering attention from NFL fans everywhere.

"Rodgers returns," the NFL wrote on X.

"IVE BEEN WAITING 2 YEARS FOR THIS," one fan wrote in the replies.

"I missed watching this dude play," another said.

"Dudes hyped and ready to crush it," another added.

Rodgers and the Jets will face off against a depleted 49ers squad on Monday evening. Superstar running back Christian McCaffrey was ruled inactive with a calf injury just hours before kickoff, leaving the Niners without their elite offensive weapon.

Monday night's primetime game will kickoff at 8:15 p.m. ET.
