Again, this is not APD! So to shoot first and ask later is not going to fly here! That's why there's training! We have damn good officers, lets pay them what they deserve and get more if we have to! Why the hell wasn't he stopped earlier, the first time, in the first stolen vehicle?!? Away from the crowd, the Plaza, the events.. Don't waste time with these trash criminals, not here! STOP THEM IN THEIR TRACKS AND SHOW THEM THAT SHIT ISNT TOLERATED! WTF!
