Authentic Asia has launched a new line of single-serve frozen meals, bringing the rich, regional flavors of Asia straight to your kitchen. Developed by Bellisio Foods in collaboration with chefs worldwide, the meals highlight authentic, restaurant-quality ingredients and modern packaging innovations that enhance at-home convenience.

The innovative two-tray design allows rice and noodles to cook separately from proteins, sauces, and vegetables, ensuring that each dish retains its authentic taste and texture. Dishes include Thai Style Coconut Curry Chicken (Khoa Soi), Sichuan-Inspired Chicken (Gong Bao Ji Ding), and Korean-inspired Kimchi Fried Rice (Bokkeum-Bap).

Anat Julintron, CEO of Bellisio Foods, emphasized that the meals combine traditional recipes with modern convenience, offering a "takeout-style experience" at home. The seven featured recipes draw inspiration from the cuisines of Thailand, China, and Korea, inviting consumers to "Taste the Adventure" with every bite.
