After initially being told he didn’t have a seat belt on and was driving recklessly, the officer asked for drivers license. So instead of following the officers request, he rolled up the window and refused to cooperate. Once he got out in cuffs and was on the ground, he all of a sudden plays the I’m a victim and have cooperated all along. THANK GOD FOR BODY CAMERAS! Again, someone who thinks they are above the law.
