The paperwork is so behind until half has already completed their whole term of sentence..now that should be under guidelines or rule number...come with something. What is 4 days early release due almost 2 or 3 years and no one has completed your transaction of time..transaction all about State and Federal Funds...the more time in the funds are being "Allocated" . Using it for other resources and not the will care of the inmates, parole those men and women out.Some didn't do the crime, but other charge them because they were making a name for themselves. Now we, the people, are paying them back because they wanted to make a name and say we solve this case , close it out. You are just now closing out " cold case " after 20t9 40 years, and the person was innocent .
