Tennessee Titans PFF grades Week 1: Will Levis wasn't the only problem

The Tennessee Titans had a disastrous showing in the Week 1 loss to the Chicago Bears , as the team couldn't hold a 17-3 halftime lead thanks to a complete collapse from the offense.

Quarterback Will Levis certainly played a big role in that, but he didn't get much help from his offensive line, which no doubt got worse as the game progressed.

According to Pro Football Focus , the group upfront gave up a total of 16 pressures in the contest, with JC Latham and Peter Skoronski leading the way with five each. Two of the three sacks on Levis were credited to offensive linemen.

Per Next Gen Stats , Levis was pressured on 47.4% of his dropbacks in Week 1, the second-highest rate of any quarterback in the NFL. Also, he was 5-of-13 for 61 yards with no touchdowns and two picks when pressured .

None of this is to absolve Levis of his mistakes, but the offensive line has to do a better job protecting him.
