“Officially in car 2 hours 20 min & have driven 16 miles,” FOX 5 sports anchor Tina Cervasio shared in a personal update on the slow-moving conditions.

“Hello from my car on the Lincoln Tunnel Helix. I’ve been in park 45 min after crawling from Secaucus. Was too far in to divert,” she wrote shortly after 7.

“Might not make it to work to do my sports hits.”

Commuters avoiding the Lincoln Tunnel overwhelmed other crossings, too, with hour-long delays reported at the Holland Tunnel, the Port Authority explained.

By 9 a.m., both the New York- and New Jersey-bound sections of the Lincoln Tunnel were still listed with heavy traffic, according to the Port Authority website.

Crossing times for New York-bound drivers was estimated at 39 minutes with an average speed of just 7 mph, while commuters heading to the Garden State could expect to cross in 19 minutes at 13 mph.
