A Stamford, Connecticut, man has been arrested by New Rochelle police in a DWI hit-and-run accident. Authorities say Rogelio Salamanca-Lopez's pickup truck exited I-95 Northbound at Exit 16 and collided head-on with a Toyota sedan at the intersection of Garden Street and Cottage Place Sept. 4. The driver then allegedly fled the scene. The two occupants of the Toyota suffered minor injuries and were hospitalized. Officers located Salamanca-Lopez at the New Rochelle Train Station and took him into custody. "

When I see Connecticut license plates driving through New York I avoid them. They drive reckless in New York for some reason.
